Begin your loc journey with professionally established starter locs tailored to your hair type and desired look. This service includes a consultation, thorough cleansing, and precision sectioning using the most suitable method for your texture.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 100% scheduled service; no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 100%. A nonrefundable deposit may be required to secure bookings and will be applied to your service; if you late-cancel or no-show, the deposit is forfeited. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, contact us via phone, text, or online booking during business hours. We allow one courtesy waiver per client per year for emergencies at our discretion. If we must cancel, deposits are fully refunded or transferred to a new date. Repeated violations may require prepayment or refusal of future bookings.
